Where are the prices for your items on your site?
We are ALWAYS working on the site and updating information. We are trying to get all the prices of all items on the website as soon as possible.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Cashier's Check or Postal Money Order. We also accept Visa or Master Card by phone if you have a fax machine for verification purposes.
 
How do I place an order for items I see on your site?
You can e-mail us what you would like to order and we will make sure it is available and get the shipping cost for you.
 
How do I find out what size my wheels are?
If you look at the side of your tire, it will have 3 sets of numbers seperated by a slash. (Example: 265/75/16) In that case, your wheel is 16".
 
How do I find out if my wheels are steel or aluminum?
1) If your wheel has a wheel cover that goes over it, it is a steel wheel.
2) A magnet will stick on a steel wheel but not on an aluminum wheel.
 
How do I know what the finish of my wheel is? (silver, machined, chrome, polished, etc.)
a) Silver wheels are actually painted silver.
b) If your wheel is machined, you will be able to see small fine lines in the face of the wheel.
c) If your wheels are chrome, you will be able to see yourself in them.
d) Polished wheels are slighly duller than chrome.

How do I know if my wheel can be repaired?
a) Only Aluminum wheels can be repaired.
b) Wheels that are cracked or broken in the center (around the lug or center holes) can not be repaired.
c) Wheels that have a warped center can not be repaired.
d) The only way we can repair chromed aluminum wheels is if they are bent, cracked, or broken on the backside of the wheel.
e) We have been able to repair up to 8" completely gone out of a wheel.
 
What does a alloy wheel repair consist of?
1) You bring your wheel in, we will spin it to make sure the center is not warped. If the center is warped and your wheel can not be repaired, or you decide not to get your wheel repaired...there will be a $5 minimum labor fee charged.
2) If your wheel is repairable and you would like to send it to have it repaired, you can leave a $50 deposit or pay in full for the repair. We will send your wheel off to be repaired and will have it back for you in 24-48 hours. (varies on weekends)
3) The cost of a wheel repair is as follows:
     13-17" Wheels    $125 + labor & tax
     18" Wheels       $135 + labor & tax
     20-24" Wheels    $150 + labor & tax
4) Your wheel will go through a complete process and look almost new when it returns. The process is below:
    a) Your wheel will go through an inspection process to determine if it is repairable, if repairable they will repair any bends, cracks, or breaks.
    b) Your wheel will be built back up to factory specs, and repainted/refinished back to the original paint color.
   c) Your wheel will then be inspected and returned to our shop where we will re-inspect everything.
   d) We will then call you and let you know your wheel is here to be picked up and remind you of any balance you may owe.
